1. About Pure Air Zone® Filter Shop
The company is based in Mjölby. The company's mailing address is Artex AB, Bruksvägen 3, 595 95 MJÖLBY.
If you wish to get in touch with us, we can be reached by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us with your contact details and we will contact you shortly.
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and shipping address.
If something is wrong with the order confirmation, please contact us by email to our customer service: email@example.com.
Our normal delivery time is 7-14 days. NOTE! Orders made on weekends will be sent no earlier than Monday.
If delays in delivery should occur (without having notified you of any longer delivery time), please contact us at email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
All prices in the shop are quoted in EUR and all prices are inclusive of 25% VAT.
We reserve ourselves for price changes due to price change from supplier, misprints in the price list, and price errors due to incorrect information and we reserves the right to adjust the price.
5. Return Policy
When purchasing goods on the site, you as a customer have a 14 days right of withdrawal valid from receipt of a product that you have ordered.
5.1 When using your right of withdrawal:
You must report that you regret the purchase. The message is sent to our email: email@example.com. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number and goods for return must be clearly stated.
You should return the products to us immediately and within 14 days. Notify us before returning the item.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be shipped well packed and in original packaging.
On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct the amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the product for used or damaged product.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Product packages that have been sealed because of health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken.
Products that have the character of sealed audio or video capture and where the seal has been broken by you.
Custom made product that has been tailored specifically for you or has a clear personal touch to your wishes.
Services that have been completed and where you explicitly consent to the service commencing without a right of withdrawal.
Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food.
Loose numbers of newspapers or magazines.

6. Claim and complaints
We will inspect all products before sending them to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly effectuated upon arrival, we undertake to comply with applicable consumer protection laws, free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the error has been detected.
6.1 How can you apply for a complaint?
Any errors and defects should always be advertised to firstname.lastname@example.org where you enter your name, address, e-mail address, order number and description of the error.
If we fail to fix the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We are responsible for return shipping at approved complaints.
We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it appears that the product is not incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do not accept liability for indirect damage that may occur due to the product due to improper handling or use outside the intended use.
We reject liability for delays / errors due to circumstances beyond the control of the company (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, government decision, reduced or missing delivery from supplier.
Furthermore, liability for any changes in products / product features that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control, as it does not affect the functionality of the product, is taken into account.
8. Product information
We reserve ourselves for any printing errors on this site as well as the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the display, photo quality and resolution. We always try to expose the products as accurately as possible.
